Model United Nations: Antwerp

Model United Nations: Antwerp
From February 27th to March 1st, a delegation from the Comité Diplomatique had the opportunity to participate in a United Nations simulation hosted by Antwerp MUN, a student-led organization from the University of Antwerp.
Five members of the delegation participated in the simulation of the Security Council, discussing the ongoing crisis in Syria. One member took part in a simulation of the General Assembly, focusing on the topic of AI warfare.
It was a great and enriching experience for us all, where we truly immersed ourselves in the mindset of a diplomat for three days. This experience was made possible by the outstanding organization of MUN Antwerp, who made these three days so special. We are sincerely grateful for all their advice and the opportunity they provided us.
We are all looking forward to next year’s simulation.
